Tribute to Patrick Dowling, 1939 - 2023

Patrick appointed me to my role at Surrey. He always expected your best efforts and total commitment to the University, because that was what he gave every single day. However, in return, Patrick was a kind-hearted, generous, boss and great, great fun. A marketing person’s dream! I carry so many warm and happy memories of working with Patrick and was so sad to learn of his passing.
