Tribute to Patrick Dowling, 1939 - 2023

I was deeply sorry to hear of Patrick’s passing. He gave me so much encouragement to make sure that the grounds at Surrey University looked the very best in the sector. I will always remember him with great affection and appreciation. Thinking of you Grace and all of your family at this very sad time. Sending you all my sincere condolences.
